The Compact 7 HD integrates the largest screen available in the Optelec Compact product family; still it is small and light enough to carry.

Offering stepless zoom, from 2.5 to 30 times magnification, the Compact 7 HD displays the smallest details of photos or objects on the ergonomically positioned, high brightness 7-inch widescreen.

Start using the Compact 7 HD instantly with the 'one-touch' control.  Simply place on the object you wish to view from, and at the press of a button, the screen tilts up, and starts magnifying with your preferred settings in an instant. Use the intuitive, tactile buttons to adjust the magnification and preferred semi-colours for more fluent reading. The screen brightness and additional settings can be adjusted from the simple, large icon menu.

Standard Colour / Semi-Colour Modes for easier reading:

There are three factory default viewing modes:

• Full colour (natural image for viewing photographs)
• White text on Black background (configurable)
• Black on White (configurable)

In addition to both configurable semi-colour combinations listed above, a further two options can be activated (providing up to four in total). Select the semi-colour combinations that best suit your visual needs from the following list, for example, yellow text against a black background:

• Blue on White / White on Blue
• Blue on Yellow / Yellow on Blue
• Black on Yellow / Yellow on Black
• Black on Amber / Amber on Black 
• Black on Green / Green on Black 
• Black on Red / Red on Black
• Black on Purple / Purple on Black
